give you 后面必修再接一个直接宾语，比如 give you this book.
here you are本身就是一个完整的句子，“给你”的意思。

here you are 是祈使句，重点突出要给予的对象,即“你”这个人,可翻译成＂给你＂，是给你或者说你要的东西在这里的意思，多用于别人向你要东西或借东西,你递给他时的应答语，是给对方东西时的习惯用语。
当给对方的东西是单数时,'Here you are.'和'Here it is.'两者均可使用；当给对方的东西是复数时,只能用'Here you are.'"
要表达“给你，你拿去”之类的意思，可以用“here you are”可以单独作为句子使用的
