next to和beside的区别
next to和beside在意思和用法上有非常多的不同。主要造成混淆的是在表示位置关系时，next to是“紧邻”的意思，有紧挨着的意味；而beside是“在...旁边”的意思，没有紧挨着的意味。

如：
She sat down next to him on the sofa. 她紧挨着他在沙发上坐下了。(两个人靠在一起，意味着他们关系亲密)
She sat down beside him on the sofa. 她在沙发上坐下了，坐在他的旁边。(两个人没有靠在一起)

next to：[介词]紧邻；在…近旁；仅次于；紧接；[副词]几乎。
