英语wether的用法

本人英语小白。。。 高手指教 wether能不能引导问句（像wh疑问词一样）？因为我经常想说：是否我能出去了？wether i can go out? 我不确定这么说对不对，如果可以引导问句的话要怎么说？
再问下horror的形容词是不是horrible?

我的意思是wether能否像what where when 一样引导问句，不是问能否引导从句？例如我说wether i can go out?这是不是对的？

Whether 不能作为引导问句。因为whether不是不能独立使用，它只能作为从句跟随主句。
whether i can go 这句话不完整，只能作为从句。

1、wether不能引导wh疑问句，wether是“是否”的意思，只引导一般疑问句。 wether引导的句子只能做主语或宾语，不单独用来提问，口语例外。wether i can go out?口语可直接提问，书面语不可这样使用，可加上，Could you tell me wether I can go out ?
wether还能与不定式搭配使用，如Whether to go right now hasn't been decided.
2、horror的形容词是horrible

至于你说的“我是否能够出去？”只要说 Can I go out？就可以了
