    Whether,选择性疑问从句由关联词if/whether…or或whethe…or not构成.这里后面的句子中有...or not ,是固定用法，所以用whether记住这个结构就行了

    两个都不用，因为if不好跟or not连用，而weather是天气，在这里无论如何翻译不通，不过whether倒是可以用的。

    都不可以，但是if 不能用在否定句里面
