My hometown lies in Shangyu City, Zhejiang Province.This is the place where my forefathers have lived for generations.
There are about 800 people in our village.A pond, teeming with fish, lies in front of the village.I used to swim there in summer and skate in winter.It was in this pond that I spent the happiest days of my childhood.
To the north of our village are great fields.When spring comes, the crops begin to grow, turning the fields green.When crops turn yellow in autumn, the peasants start to harvest them.
Between the river and our village is an orchard.There were only a few kinds of fruit trees years ago, but now the peasants grow many sorts, including peach, plum, apple and orange.
Two roads cross in front of our village.On summer evenings, people sit under the trees enjoying the cool breeze.The houses in our village are well laid out.
This is my hometown.I hope you will make a visit here one day.

我的家乡位于浙江省上虞市。这是我的祖先们世世代代居住的地方。

I live in a zhejiang's small town, there has the beautiful sea and many coconut trees. In childhood I swam together frequently with the family member. My family has 6 individuals, paternal grandmother, daddy, mother, elder sister, younger brother and I. Father and mother retire again the family, the elder sister in the government service, I and the younger brother go study the identical university. Goes home when the vacation, we joyful eats meal every day, then together joyful work.

Shangyu, located in Shao-Yu plain, is in the northeast of Zhejiang province, Shangyu is the center of Shaoxing city and commericial zone which covers 1406 squares, with a popularation of 776,400. With the development of cross-sea bridge of Jiaxing-Shaoxing, Shangyu is also developing into the transportation center of the east of Zhejiang rapidlly.
As the hometown of emperor Shun and the origin place of the love story of Liangshanbo-Zhuyingtai, Shangyu is a historical city with beatiful sence, attracting tourists all over the world.
