应该是be filled with 吧,这和be full of 意思大致相仿,但有一定区别：
be filled with 表示动作,某个器皿、容器装入了某样东西：His mouth is filled with a piece of bread.他嘴里塞了一片面包.
be full of 表示状态,装满了东东：The jar is full of sweets so I can't put anything else in it.罐子里装满了糖,我往里面装不了其他东西了.
在构词上be full of 的full是形容词，而be filled with的fill本来是动词，在这里要变成过去分词。而且be filled with可以用来接形容感情的词语，前者很少这么用。
