4...In a certain store where they sell puddings,a number of these delicious things are laid out in a row duing the Christmas season .Here you may select the one which is most to your taste ,and you are even allowed to sample them before coming to a decision
I have often wondered whether some people ,who had no intention of making a purchase ,would take advantage of this privilege .One day I asked this question of the shop firl ,and Ilearned it was indeed the case.

5...Earlier scientists thought that during a man's lifetime the power of his brain decreased .But it is now thought that thisis not so .As long as the brain is given plenty of esercise it kees its power.It has been found that an old person who has always been mentally active has a quicker mind than a young person who has done only physical work .It is now thought that the more work we five our brains ,the more work they are able to do .
