翻译英文数字的方法

就是那些很长的数字不会翻译。好像是要数位数让后怎么的，加什么and啦，我是初中生啦
还要举例子每一点举一个

英语的数字从右往左数三位打个逗号。第一个三位读thousand 第二个三位读million 第三个三位读billon 逗号之间的三位数按照几百几十几读十位和个位之间加and
5,123,456,789
five billon one hundred and twenty three million four hundred and fifty six thousand seven hundred and eighty nine
