This article starts from the recent development of communication industry after China entered into WTO, comprehensively analysing the gap between Chinese communication business and the foreign communication industry. Moreover, this papar discusses a little about the impact of China's entry into WTO on Chinese communication business, not only about the problems of globalization and expansion of Chinese communication business, but also about the ways to face the challenges from the international market and promote the sales in local market, basing on a view of globalization.

China's entrance to WTO has got an important stimulation to world economy. The thesis starts from the communication industry development in recent years after China's entrance to WTO, comprehensively analyzes the gap between Chinese communication operators and their foreign counterparts, and briefly talks about the impact in each aspect to Chinese communication operators that WTO entrance has brought out, which discusses not only the globalization and expansion of Chinese communication enterprises but also more in oder to explain how to face the competition from the international market and do well in local marketing with a globalized perspective. Chinese communication operators should have to find its weakest sectors because that's often the breakthrough of Chinese communication enterprises by their foreign counterparts, and simultaneously get to know large-sized international communication operators' stradegy so as to encounter the challenge in a view of globalized stradegy.
