帮我写个英文的请假邮件，我没写过不是很明白措辞，麻烦帮我组织一下。。
内容大意就是：我需要请假在5月20、21日和下周的24到27日。原因是：回学校进行毕业论文答辩和处理另外的毕业事情。希望得到你的批准。。
邮件是写给我的上司的，麻烦帮我组织下语言。谢谢。。
邮件需要包括以下部分：
1、邮件标题 邮件名称不需要太复杂“名字 - Absence”/ “名字+ Sick Day”
2、你的联系方式（姓名/电话）
3、日期
4、开头称呼

首先介绍你写这封邮件的原因，注意强调请假原因，要请几天假这些细节

英文请假条写作需注意三点：
1、英文中请假条的写法和汉语请假条相同， 它一般由四部分组成，即时间、称呼、正文和签名。
2、一般而言，可认定请假条是一种简单的书信文体。请假条一般写在纸上，不用信封。其书写格式与书信有很多相似之处，是书信的大大简化。
3、请假条的特点是要求开门见山、内容简短、用词通俗易懂。
