摘 要

钢装甲车体是钢质装甲车辆的重要组成部分,是由均质钢装甲板件按一定的装甲倾角焊接而成的全封闭壳体结构。钢装甲车体具有良好抗弹外形和坚固的装甲防护,为其自身及内部乘员、载员、各种机件和设备提供防护,减少和避免被杀伤或被破坏的能力,又是装甲车辆武器系统、动力系统、防护系统、电气系统和其他特种装备和装置的刚性支撑和载体,车体质量的好坏将直接影响到装甲车辆的整车性能。
钢装甲车体制造质量评价指标有:车体总成尺寸、车体焊接质量和外观质量三方面。论文将从产品工艺制造的角度出发,对其影响车体制造总成尺寸和焊接质量的因素进行分析总结,确定合理有效的控制措施,从而减少车体总成尺寸偏差和提高焊接质量。论文的主要工作如下:
⑴、对钢装甲车体的产品特性和构成以及制造工艺流程特点进行分析;
⑵、通过对影响车体制造总成尺寸偏差的四个主要因素进行分析:产品设计的影响与分析;焊装夹具的影响与分析、零部件尺寸的影响与分析、焊接变形的影响与分析,确定相应的控制措施,从而减少车体制造总成尺寸的偏差值。
⑶、对影响车体焊接质量的技术因素和生产中常见的焊接缺陷进行分析,分别从结构设计、母材和焊接材料、焊接工艺和焊后处理等方面提出预防和减少焊接缺陷的控制措施,从而提车体的焊接质量。
目前对车体制造质量控制的研究多是从检测和控制的角度出发,通过研究先进的检测技术和诊断控制技术,来确定合理的检测控制或管理体系方法,以迅速发现并解决质量问题。本课题是从制造工艺环节的角度出发,对在钢装甲车体在制造过程中,对其造成尺寸偏差和焊接质量缺陷的因素进行分析和总结,结合生产中的一些有效经验,提出预防和控制措施。其中一些有用的经验和具体控制措施可作为车体及相关产品的制造的借鉴和参考。

Thus steel armor body quality directly affects the vehicle performance of the armored vehicles.
Assessment of steel armored body quality index has three terms: assembly dimensions of body, Body welding assembly quality, appearance qualification status.The paper from product process manufacturing point of view, will carry on the analysis to affecting factors of assembly dimensions of vehicle body and body welding quality , and come to a conclusion. Through the identification of reasonable and effective control measures to reducing the assembly deviation dimensions of body and improving the quality of welding assembl of body. Main contents are as follows:
(1).carries on the analysis to the steel armor body's product characteristic and the constitution as well as the process Manufacturing.
(2).Assembly manufacturing deviation of body by analyzing the four main factors affecting: the impact of product design and analysis, the impact of welding fixture and analysis, the impact of part domension and analysis, the impact of welding deformation and analysis. Through the identification of control measures to reducing the assembly manufacturing deviation of body dimensions.
(3).Analyze the technical factors affecting of body welding quality and the common welding defects in process production. This paper analyzes four aspects: structural design, base metal and welding material, welding procedure and post weld heat treatment.By determining the control measures to prevent or reduce welding defects, to improve the welding quality of body effectively.
Currentiy ,manufacturing quality control of the body are mostly from the perspective of measurement and control,through researching advanced testing techniques and diagnostic control technology, to establish a reasonable method of detection and control or management system to quickly identify and solve quality problems.This research subject is from the point of view of manufacturing process, factors affecting the deviation dimensions of body and welding defects of the were analyzed and were concluded.Throug combing in some effective experience,to establish some control and prevent measures.And some useful experiences and specific control measures may be referred for the body and related product manufacturing
