首先因从他们词性开始

然后用法
that指代人和物

this is the book that is interesting.
成分： 主语 和定语
在句子缺少主语和定语的时候用that
where when who
where：知道一个地方
I like the place where I stay last year.
when：指代时间
He bought this toy when he was a 5-year-boy.
who：指代人这个不用举例了吧
依照上面例句吧先行词和关系副词换了就是了
关系副词是用于一个完整从句中，既不缺主语也不缺宾语时用关系副词
而一个句子缺主语或宾语时用关系代词代替其缺少部分

所以用关系代词that / which
