Osteria Francescana is known as the first restaurant in Europe and the third restaurant in the world. 

Massimo Bottura founded this restaurant in 1995. He made a modern creation on traditional Italian food and was initially ridiculed by local people. 

However, in 2016, he was rated as the first restaurant in Europe and he was also rated as an international gourmet. In my mind, it is the best restaurant.
