银耳泡发后撕碎,我撕的比较碎,这样炖的时候更容易出胶,成品出来后银耳还会变大。
把银耳放入电饭锅内,水一次性加足,大概三个小饭碗的水,煮40分钟在放入红枣继续煮30分钟至银耳软滑起胶质
在加入蜜枣冰糖调味,融化后关火,在加入枸杞,根据个人口味即可。
