Be going to 和will的区别
be going to do 一般指已经计划好的事情,而且是主语本身主动要做的事情 will do 指主语本身愿意做的事情
be going to与will的区别
be going to与will两者都可表示将要发生的事、将要去做某事,但它们有如下几点区别:
1. be going to 表示近期、眼下就要发生的事情,will 表示的将来时间则较远一些,如:
He is going to write a letter tonight.
He will write a book one day.
2. be going to 表示根据主观判断将来肯定发生的事情,will表示客观上将来势必发生的事情。
He is seriously ill. He is going to die.
He will be twenty years old.
3. be going to 含有“计划,准备”的意思,而 will 则没有这个意思,如:
She is going to lend us her book.
He will be here in half an hour.
4.在有条件从句的主句中,一般不用 be going to, 而多用will, 如:

be going to有打算的意思。一般指近期主语的意愿指向。
will只是强调一种即将发生的状态。主语为第一人称单数时,用shall.

如:
Tom is going to play basketball. 汤姆打算去打篮球。(强调了汤姆的意愿,并且马上就要去打了)。
Tom will play basketball.汤姆将去打篮球。(强调了一种状态,而不强调汤姆的意愿。)
Water will be lack in the future.将来会缺水。(这一句更明显的强调了一种状态,而且是远期的。)

另外,be going to的时态或形式变化在于改变be的形式。
如单数第三人称用:is going to.复数形式用are going to.过去将来时用was/were going to等。
而will只有过去式改变will的形式为would.而would又有虚拟语气的用法。
