区别：
1）in time表示“及时”，指在约定的时间之前发生。意指正赶上时候或恰在需要的时候,或解释为"终有一天;最后"。
如：

他们正好赶上了汽车。

2）on time表示“准时、按时”，当一件事准时发生，事情是按计划而发生的，指正好在约定的时间发生。一般用在句子后或最后两个字。
如：
