企业管理者行为分析及激励机制的建立

摘要

当今激烈的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,在激烈的经济竞争中保存和壮大本企业的人才资源,成为企业的宝贵的无形资产。关于企业管理者行为的分析及激励机制的建立关系到企业的生存与发展,通过现存的基于企业管理者的行为的激励机制的理论和实践,研究企业管理者的行为和对其采取何种激励机制最有效,进而激发其工作热情和积极性,最终促进企业的发展。通过这种对于激励机制的研究使企业能够创造一种和谐的企业内部氛围和良好的企业外部合作关系。使企业在竞争中显得游刃有余。本文主要针对不同的特殊情形和不同的企业管理者采取适当的激励机制,做到具体问题具体分析,以科学的方法解决实际中的问题。

  Abstract

  Today's fierce competition in the final analysis is the competition for talent in the fierce economic competition, to preserve and strengthen the enterprise's human resources has become a valuable intangible assets of enterprises. The analysis on the behavior of enterprise managers and the incentives to build relationships to the enterprise's survival and development of enterprise managers through the existing behavior-based incentives theory and practice of research firm manager's behavior and what their motivation mechanisms are most effective, and thus arouse their enthusiasm and motivation and ultimately promote the development of enterprises. Through this incentive mechanism for research to enable enterprises to create a harmonious atmosphere within the enterprise and good corporate external relations of cooperation. So that enterprises in the competition appears to its capability. In this paper, for different special cases and different enterprise managers to adopt appropriate incentives, so that a concrete analysis of specific problems, using scientific methods to solve practical problems.
