Today's fierce competition in the final analysis is the competition for talent in the fierce economic competition, to preserve and strengthen the enterprise's human resources has become a valuable intangible assets of enterprises. The analysis on the behavior of enterprise managers and the incentives to build relationships to the enterprise's survival and development of enterprise managers through the existing behavior-based incentives theory and practice of research firm manager's behavior and what their motivation mechanisms are most effective, and thus arouse their enthusiasm and motivation and ultimately promote the development of enterprises.
