lose的用法及搭配是：
1、lose用作及物动词时：
（1）表示“失去;丧失”，
My husband also promised me never to lose the ring I gave him.
我的先生也承诺永远不会遗失我给他的戒指。
（2）也可表示“输掉，失败”，
One wrong move can lose the whole game.
棋错一着，全盘皆输。
（3）也可以表示“白费，浪费;耽搁”
Be quick, not a moment to be lost!
快点，一刻也不能耽搁。
（4）也可表示“看不见;听不见;使…迷糊”
We didn't lose a word of his speech.

（5）也可表示“(钟、表等)走慢;慢(…时间)”
