In this petitive society,employment experience and abundant information have bee very important features of ordinary students' future.Nevertheless,it does not seem many holders of a high school diploma should apply for a job or travel before being enrolled in the university.The above point is certainly true; this essay will outline three reasons.
The main reason is that students' study will be delayed and disadvantaged.The academic knowledge of students will not progress.In this special period of life,students have the best memory and intellect.If they do not work hard at study,they will lose it and that cannot be pensated by good salary or wide information.If they choose to straight away enroll at university,they would gain a better future.
Which is much more significant to you when you are finding a job? Working experience or an advanced-degree? Well, I believe diverse people have different answers. As for me, I will say working experience without hesitate. Here are following reasons:
Above of all, most of jobs don’t require such a high degree which means just some few works, such as, theoretical physics, archaeology, or literature, need high academic qualification. Meanwhile, rich working experience will draw more attention. To illustrate, when you are offering a department manager post, there is a man who has already been a manager for three years but only have a master’s degree and a no-experienced person with doctor’s degree, which one would you choose? Definitely the first one for the manager don’t acquire a doctor’s degree if he only supervises a department but rich working experience.
Secondly, plenty experience will bring you suess much earlier. For instance, Bill Gates(比尔盖茨), who was the richest man in the world and also one of the most suessful merchant. What a wise choice when he decided to abandon studying so that he can gain more working experience instead of a doctor’s degree. Or Steve Paul Jobs(乔布斯，苹果总裁), who discontinue his study at his age of nieen in order to bee a personnel of a puter pany just like Bill Gates. From all of these, we can see that advanced-degree is not so essential as working experience.
However, a degree is still required for most people, maybe you shouldn’t have to gain a advanced or highest degree, but that doesn’t mean nothing, maybe a bachelor’s degree, or graduated from high school, that’s still necessary in this fierce-petition society.
All in all, I think rich working experience is much more important than the advanced-degree.

Knowledge gained from experience may be firsthand, direct, and unfettable. Books in the library may be outdated, giving you useless information. Everything is changing and so is knowledge. If you go out to make on the-spot investigations instead of depending on books, it is likely that you may be pleasantly surprised. Moreover, knowledge you get from your own experience will be everlasting. Therefore, it is important that students get involved in practical activities to aumulate different kinds of experience.
Experience, however, is limited in terms of time and space. It is impossible for anyone to experience everything to get the knowledge he needs. In addition, society is developing so fast that new problems e up with surprising speed. Over depending on experience could, therefore, make a person narrow minded and prejudiced.
Books are a summary of the wisdom of our ancestors. The best way to gain know ledge is, of course, to read books, and in the meantime, participate in various kinds of practicaL activities. A bination of the o will sure[y make us full and well informed.

Who thinks that outer beauty is most important than the inside or the opposite and why?
Everyone will say that inner beauty is more important, but evidence says the opposite. As you say yourself, people often get hired based (at least partly) on looks. It seems to be human nature and especially modern society that people are drawn to the aesthetically pleasing. It may not be nice to admit, but it's the truth.
It is right that outer beauty is important especially these days, however not all jobs require or put beauty as a priority to get the job.
