不需要放酱油。
准备材料:青红杭椒 各4个、干豆豉 30克、黄豆酱 250克、姜末 少许、香油 1勺、白糖 10克、芝麻油 适量。
一、青红杭椒各4根清洗干净切掉根部,放旁边备用,如下图所示。

二、30克干豆豉和250克豆瓣酱准备好留着备用,如下图所示。

三、然后用菜刀将青红杭椒切段,放旁边备用,如下图所示。

四、锅底放入少许植物油,姜末进行爆香,如下图所示。

五、放入切好的辣椒段翻炒1-2分钟,多翻几下,如下图所示。

六、放入干豆豉,豆瓣酱,白糖进行翻炒,出锅前加入芝麻油提香气。
