境外汇款单填写

我收到一张关于境外汇款的信息单，信息如下：
Receiving Bank:
US Bank – Milwaukee, ABA#075000022
Credit to: Anchorbank, fsb, Account #311000024
For Final credit to: recipient name and account # (at Anchorbank)
Anchorbank is not responsible for any fees that may be charged by an intermediate bank.
Anchor bank wire transfer fee is non-refundable.

There are times when someone will ask for a “Swift Code” or “Sort Code”. Since AnchorBank uses US Bank as our corresponding bank, we use their Swift Code.

It is USBKUS44IMT

从这个里面我只知道收款银行是US-bank 但是看不出来收款银行地址，而且也不知道收款人是谁，只知道收款人账号。
而且这里边的有一个Anchorbank，我查了一下，也是一个银行的名字，所以我不知道收款银行到底是哪个，麻烦高手给看下。

这样看来这是一个美国威斯康星州麦迪逊市泉水街1320号兰德尔公园出租有限责任公司的查德花园公寓要出租或者出售，然后提供给租客或者买房者一个付款地址。
根据付款地址，钱是付到（收款人）开在美国Anchor银行的帐户，但是由于Anchor银行的清算代理银行是US银行美国威斯康星州密尔沃基市分行，所以钱必须通过支付路径付到USBKUS44IMT也就是US银行以后，才会划账划到Anchor银行的名下，然后Anchor银行将这笔钱再划到（收款人帐户名）以及（收款人帐号）里面，就是这样。明白不？

这只是房东提供的一个付款路径的模版而已
