当关系词指代整个句子时，只能用as和which，不能用that 能举一个例子吗？

当关系代词指代整个句子时都是非限制性定语从句，定语从句前要加逗号，关系代词不能用that,表示“事”或“物”只能用which,as,表示“人”只能用who,whom.用在句首时只能用as.

He seems not to have grasped what I meant, which greatly upsets me.
他似乎没抓住我的意思，这使我心烦。

Liquid water changes to vapor, which is called evaporation.
液态水变为蒸汽，这就叫做蒸发。

As is known to everybody，the moon travels round the earth once every month．
这如大家知道的那样，月亮每个月围绕地球运转一周。（as 引导的就是置于句首的非限制性定语从句，修饰后面的整个句子。）

以上这三个例句中都不能用that来引导。

其中as 和 which代指整个句子I have found a good job。
此时不能够使用that：
I have found a good job, that my family all hoped。
如果想用That代指整个句子不能够用从句，只能另起一句：
I have found a good job。 That is what my family all hoped。
