newspaper 作主语 报纸是已经刊登的 所以用过去时态

2. it is reported 据报道 被动语态 it是形式主语 that引导句子的真正主语
据报道大雨一直会持续到下周一。

3. went 是 go 的过去式 表示动作发生在过去 walked也用的过去式
为句子时态一致 也应使用knock的过去式knocked。
我走到经理办公室，敲了敲门，然后走进去。

4. stories 是复数； plane 前面没有a 或 the, accident 要用复数
