and作为两个主语的连接词，be动词该用复数。

2.用不同的连接词作主语的时候，be动词的单复数是不一样的。
3.both... and，and连接主语，要用复数形式。

4.not only...but also，either...or...，neither...nor...连接主语时，谓语动词遵循就近原则。

5.as well as连接主语，谓语动词要以as well as前面那个字为准。
