关于外贸中用到的电子邮件的一般格式

有没有具体的模板呢 ? 不是这种笼统的说法

模板都是自己摸索的。先给你个例子,开头先自报家门,然后介绍一下你们的公司及产品,通过了那些测试。然后发一些客户感兴趣的资料给他。最后问他如果有疑问可以随时与你联系。一般都这样,这只是新邮件,对付第一次询盘的客户。

国际贸易的函电的一般格式主要是明确主题,也就是在邮件的上端先显示RE:,在这里将邮件的中心议题列明,邮件的正文一般采取逐项罗列式的,以便接收人可以在最短时间清楚地准确的了解你的意图。其他的部分与一般邮件基本相同。
