将大粉团分成若干小粉团搓成小丸子放入七成热的油锅中小火炸。

要想吃到空心的 ,一直保持中小火,待丸子稍稍浮起,就用勺子轻轻按压一下,再等到丸子浮起,
再轻轻按压。
