手机卡扔掉后打电话过去的提示音有以下几种：
1、手机卡服务状态正常，提示语为：“对不起，您拨的用户已关机或不在服务区内“；
2、手机卡服务状态为欠费，提示语为：”对不起，您拨的电话已停机“；
