油炸辣椒的做法
干红辣椒一小把,别太多了,辣椒每餐吃不了多少。用干净的半干纱布擦干净,不要沾水。

锅里加入食用油加热,油不用太多,没过辣椒的一半就行。

油稍热后,放入擦干净的辣椒翻炒。用小火,油温不能太高,否则辣椒一放进去就炸糊了。

加少许盐,晾凉后再捣碎,加一点点开水就能吃啦。凉后的辣椒应是脆的,很容易碎,捣的过程中辣椒会散发出惊艳的香味!谁捣谁知道哈😄

1、辣椒炸的时候一定要注意观察,看到有两个颜色变深就可以关火了。2、炸好后,一定要放凉再捣碎。
