关于英语长难句，请问我用红色标出的部分为什么是result而不是result in？result不是vi吗？

第一个括号是fact的同位语，第二个是product的同位语
简单根据英文思维来直译就是：
除了这个事实(事实是国会的二十七项法案控制了广告的期限），没有一家广告商敢于去推销一件产品（这件产品不能兑现广告中的承诺）
