2.猪肚用锋利的小刀刮干净油,反过来用水龙头冲水搓洗一下,加两勺花生油两勺盐腌一个小时左右

3.用花生油腌过粘液可以轻易的洗去,起一锅水,开了放入猪肚,放少许胡椒粉去味,焯三四分钟捞起。

5.鸡砍块,猪肚切块,加适量的水,胡椒粉,放入砂锅大火煲开。

小贴士
洗猪肚每家都有自己的小技巧,我的方法是刮干净油后,反过来放些花生油,放些盐腌上一个小时左右,用水龙头边搓边冲,可以完全冼干净猪肚上的粘液。
