This is to inform you that there's a conference this afternoon at 3pm for all the English department teachers and all the class monitors. School principal will be attending this conference as well. Meeting agenda is about the English Speech Contest next Friday. To successfully hold this event, we need your contribution. Seven teachers will be seleted to be the judges. Please bring your pen and notebook (不太确定你是指什么笔记本， 是写字的就用notebook， 是电脑笔记本就用laptop）to the conference on time.
