           dance a dance 跳一支舞   是没有错的。

anything. (一般情况下，疑问句中会使用anything 而不是something. 口语状况下，就不一定了。)

yourself (help yourself to.....别客气去干什么的意思。此句就是说孩子们，别客气，那些香蕉随便吃～)

How glad i am to see you！

因为这句话用的是dances,所以表示的是一种常态，她跳舞很好。所以我觉得如果要改成what的话，这样改会更好些： What a good dancer she is!

How easy it is to do the shopping in our city!

How carefully the boys are listening to the teachers!
