红枣 180g
麦芽糖 150g
核桃 130克
水 45克
淀粉 22g
黄油 25克
枣泥核桃糕的做法
核桃仁提前洗干净炒好。红枣洗干净去籽,加2倍的水用料理机打成泥,一定要加2倍的水,水量少了不好打。打出来的泥放不粘锅里,再放麦芽糖,用中火熬,要不断地搅,要不湖底。成品前的步骤没留照片。

熬一会儿冒泡的时候,把水淀粉(水和淀粉搅拌好)倒进去搅拌。

熬一会儿再把黄油放进去继续熬,直熬到水分蒸发掉,很粘稠的状态。需要很长的时间哦。

最后把炒好的核桃仁放进去,搅拌均匀。将做好的枣泥倒在铺了油纸的磨具里,整平,晾晾之后再切。包糯米纸。
