Mr DongGuo is a kind scholar. One day, he was on his way to somewhere carrying a bag of books. He met a wolf who was running away from a hunter.
狼：”救命啊，救命啊，好心的先生，请救救我吧，那狠心的猎人要杀了我啊。
Wolf: Help, help, very kind of you sir. Please help me! The bad hunter wants to kill me!
东郭先生：“好吧，那你就先躲到我的书袋里吧，我会骗过猎人让你活下来的。
Mr DongGuo: Very well, then you better hide inside of my book bag. I sahll think of a way to mislead the hunter and let you live.
（狼躲进书袋）(the wolf hid himself inside the book bag)
猎人：“打扰一下，请问你有没有看到一只狼跑过去了？”
Hunter: Sorry to bother you, but did you see a wolf ran pass?
东郭先生：”看到了，它好像跑到那边去了。“（乱指了一个方向）
Mr DongGuo: Yes, I saw him. It seems that he want that way. (pointing to one of directions)
猎人：”谢谢你，先生。“（猎人下）
Hunter: Thank you sir. (the hunter went away)
东郭先生：”好了，猎人走了，你可以出来了。“（把书带解开）
Mr DongGuo: All right now, the hunter has gone. You can come out now. (He untied the book bag)
狼：”谢谢您，好心的先生，愿上帝保佑您，您真高尚。“
The wolf: Thank you sir. You are really kind. My god bless you. You are such a good man!
东郭先生：”没什么，我总不能见死不救吧，你快逃走吧。”
Mr DongGuo: That;s nothing, I just can't bear to see you die and do nothing to help. Off you may go now.
狼：“不急不急，好心的先生，现在，我的肚子有点饿了，我想要把你吃掉，您就好人做到底吧。我已经饿了好久了。”（作出凶恶的样子）
The wolf: There is no need to hurry, you kind sir. Now I am very hungry and I would like to eat you up. Please be a good man to the very end. I have been hugry for quite a long time.
东郭先生：“我的上帝，我救了你的命，你现在却要来吃我，你可真是不讲理。我真后悔曾经救了你。“
Mr DongGuo: Oh my god, I have saved your life. Now you want to eat me. Do you ever see reasons? I am really regret that I have saved you!
狼：”这没有什么讲理不讲理的，这是您愿意做的，如果您觉得不合理，我们可以去找人评评理啊。“
The wolf: There is nothing to do with reasons at all. It was you who was willing to help me. If you think that is unreasonable then shall go and ask someone and see about it?
东郭先生：”好吧。“（与狼一起向前走）
Mr DongGuo: All right then. (He walked ahead with the wolf)
旁白：”它们先找到了一棵苹果树。
They first found an apple tree.
东郭先生：“亲爱的树先生，我刚才救了这匹狼的命，可这狼现在却要回过头来吃我，请你来为我们评评理。”
Mr DongGuo: Mr tree, I have just saved this wolf's life and now he wants to eat me up. What would you say about it?
苹果树：“你们人类最坏了，吃了我的果子，剪了我的胳膊，现在我老了，又要把我锯掉，我支持狼。”
The apple tree: You human are bad. Ate all my fruit and cut my arms and now I am old you want to saw me down. I will support the wolf!
旁白：“他们又找了一头奶牛”
They next met with a milkcow.
东郭先生：“奶牛小姐，我救了这狼的命，可她却要吃我，请您给我们评评理吧。”
Mr DongGuo: Miss milkcow, I have saved the life of this wolf, but he now wants to eay me. Would you please say something to helpme?
奶牛：“你们人类喝我的奶，现在我老了，又要把我变成牛排。我支持狼。”
The milkcow: You human have drunk all my milk and now I am old and you want to turn me into steak, so I will support the wolf!
旁白：“东郭先生还不死心，最后，他们找到了一位老人。”
Mr DongGuo was still not given up, Finally they found an old man.
东郭先生：“老先生，救命啊，我救了这狼的命，可它却要吃了我，求您为我们评评理吧。”
Mr DongGuo: You kind old sir, please help me. I have saved the life of this wolf, but he now wants to eat me up. Can you say something to help me please?
老人：“哈哈。这事可真好玩，我也支持坏狼吃笨蛋。”（东郭先生露出绝望的表情。狼得意的大笑）
The old man: Ho ho, this is really fun. I support the wolf to eat such a fool. (Mr DongGuo had lost all hope and the wolf was really happy and laughed out loud)
老人：“可是，我不明白，这么大一只狼，你是怎么把它藏起来的？”
The old man: But, I just don't understand. This is such a great big wolf. how did you manage to hide him?
旁白：“于是。狼又演示了一遍他是怎样钻进书袋的，狼一钻进书袋，老人便将书袋系紧，一顿乱棍打死了狼。”
So the wolf showed how he getting into the book bag again. once he was inside of the bag, the old man tied the up the bag tightly and beat the wolf with a stick very hard and killed the wolf.
老人：“以后见到狼这种没有信用的家伙，不要对它客气，一定让他尝尝苦头。”
The old man: from now on when met with wolf this sort of no honour thing. Never show them any mercy, but should show them some colours instead.
东郭先生：“谢谢您，老先生，我会记住的。”
Mr DongGuo: Thank you so much you good old sir. I shall remember that.
