家常卤菜的做法
首先,准备好所需要卤的材料~然后洗干净。我用的是猪蹄/猪耳朵/牛肉/鸡爪/兰花干/藕片/土豆

把鸡爪等荤菜这些比较容易有腥味的食物放水里灼一下(冷水下锅 丢几片姜片 如图)然后盛出冷却

准备一锅水烧开,然后丢入卤料包。加点生抽和白糖(一般的卤料包都不需要加鸡精和盐 也可以边尝味边加需要加的东西)然后根据自己的喜好加入(葱姜蒜/香菜)喜欢吃辣的朋友可以加点辣椒。
