英语翻译问题，我看课文上面的中文，但是用英文表达时我不知道怎么理解

问题1：We wish to introduce ourselves to you as a sate-owned corporation dealing exclusively in light industrial goods.
中文是：我们是一家国营公司，专营轻工产品。 我跟单词对了但是搞不懂为什么这样翻译？
问题2：We are introducing ourselves as one of the lading exporters of the same line of business.
中文是：我们是同一业务范围内的主要出品商之一。
这里的introducing原型是introduce为什么要加ing，ing不是现在进行时得意思吗，这是这句话里面的我看不出是现在进行时啊

dealing exclusively in light infustrial goods是修饰a sate-owned corporation 的，表示是 专营轻工产品 的公司

we are introducing ourselves as one of the lading exporters of the same line of business

introducing是一般现在时，表示一个持续进行的状态，所以是are introducing，be+v-ing结构

第2个问题理解了，但是第一个问题，你分成的主语能理解，可是翻译成中文的意思我还是觉得有点模糊，我经常看到这种情况，中文就几个字，然后英文就一大堆

就是 ‘我们是xxx’ 的意思
这么多英文单词是因为这是官方一点的说法，说全了，就是：作为xxx，我们想要向你（们）介绍我们自己。
