1.花胶跟海参,就是要提前1-2天就泡水准备的!

2.除了花胶跟海参,其他大部分都是我一早去市场买的新鲜食材!
3.其实这个佛跳墙就是一锅炖汤,我是先用猪骨头跟花胶,海参,还有一些药材熬汤,这个汤底大概熬制1个半小时左右吧!
4.汤底熬的差不多之后,首先把花胶盛起切成条状,然后用边炉锅把汤盛起煮沸,放入鸡、白贝、雪耳、生蚝、鲜虾煮熟即可,重新把切好的花胶放回锅里,就这样一锅美味的佛跳墙就煮好了!
