原 料: 芹菜一把,青虾仁,鸡蛋两只,蚝油,盐,糖,料酒,猪油
操 作: 1、鸡蛋搅碎后倒入油锅中不停搅动,至熟时已经把所有鸡蛋搅散,放在锅里备用。
2、将青虾仁洗净祛纱线吸干水分(很重要哦),切成小块,不能太小放入鸡蛋里面。
3、芹菜切碎放入锅里。
4、加入蚝油一大勺,少量盐和糖一点料酒和生抽,最后放入一勺猪油搅拌(本着素馅荤油,荤馅儿素油的原则,另外猪油可以让本来嫌散的馅料凝固一些)。本回答被网友采纳

材料 馅料:韭菜,荠菜(烫过),炒鸡蛋,猪肉,鲜虾仁
做法1、馅料加花生油、盐、味精拌好;
2、饧好的面团分成大小均匀的面剂,擀成皮,包馅料;
3、热锅冷油,油热后,把饺子整齐摆放进锅内,小火煎成金黄色;
4、加没过饺子一半的水,盖盖用慢火煎;
5、至锅内水分收干,听到锅内吱吱响时,关火铲出。

将虾仁和西芹洗净剁碎。虾仁本身已经比较鲜美,所以我们只要加入生抽和盐就可以了。 注意搅匀,尤其是生抽。
