紫苏桃子(杨梅)的做法
桃子用盐搓洗干净之后用刀切成两半,去核切片。用盐水浸泡几个小时。紫苏剪掉大杆子洗净凉干;姜切成细条或薄片。

锅里加1.5升水煮开,加入准备好的冰糖,等冰糖融化了,水开了,把剪好的紫苏放锅里泡一下。接着等水冷却,加入米醋和盐

把晾好的材料分层放入瓶子。一层桃子,一层杨梅,冰糖,仔姜,紫苏叶,最后倒入煮好的紫苏水。最后放入冰箱冷藏。等上两三天就可以开吃啦!
