This text is based on theory of dividend distribution, Beginning with
the current situation and characteristics,. At the same time, using for reference lessons
from international relevant research results，and it have analyzed and
studied the current situation and characteristic of dividend distribution of
listed company of our country of the present stage, has put forward some
suggestions in order to perfect the policy of our country’s dividend
distribution policy.
