2 泵送剂组成
泵送剂通常由不同作用的外加剂复合而成。其复合比例应根据不同使用温度、不同使用目的、不同混凝土强度等级、不同泵送工艺条件来确定。主要由以下几种组分:

2.3 保水剂
保水剂也叫增稠剂,其作用是增加混凝土聚合物的粘度,主要有聚丙烯酸类、聚乙烯醇类等的水溶性高分子化合物。掺入水泥浆中,形成保护性胶体,对分散的水泥浆起稳定作用,同时增加了粘聚性。
2.4 早强剂
能够提高混凝土的早期强度,对后期强度无显著影响的外加剂。其主要作用是加快水泥水化速度,促进混凝土早期强度的发展,既有早强功能,又有一定的减水增强功能。常用的有:硫酸盐、三乙醇胺、甲酸钙等,其中硫酸盐应用最多,掺量为水泥重量的5%~6%,也可根据混凝土性能要求和施工条件变化,适当调整掺量,或通过试验确定。既能在冬季施工中应用,也能在常温下缩短拆模时间,节约施工成本。
